The Final Document of the YOUp@  Youth in Action EU Project, adopted by the assembly of young participants  on 28 May 2010 in Eibar , Spain   is available  at  www.youpa-project.eu.

After a five days intercultural meeting in the Basque Country, the 24 young participants from  Slovenia, Spain and  the UK adopted a final document summarizing the conclusions of their discussion s on Youth, Participatory  Democracy and the  New Media.

After d ebates  in four committees and in plenary sessions, the assembly of young participants adopted  a  final document  by  consensus .

 The document   present s the   variety  of  arguments  and  ideas  expressed  by   the  participants .   It is  supplemented  by  two annexes  with notes from 5-day discussions (annex 1) and contributions  from the YOUp@ web site blog and forum (annex 2).
