	PROJECT IDEA SCREENING EMF carries out a FREE assessment of your project idea with regard to: 1) Originality of the idea: Is it innovative enough to stand a chance of funding? 2) Market needs and 3) Feasibility: is there a funding programme that supports the implementation of such an idea? Please fill-in our Project Development Questionnaire. Our advisors will provide feedback to you.
	IDENTIFICATION OF FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES Once the project ideas has been assessed as potential proposal idea, EMF advisors will identify the best funding programme to implement the idea. In many cases it is advisable to contact the European Commission or national administrations responsible for specific action lines. EMF establishes these contacts free for EMF members.
	PARTNER SEARCH Through its e-Match service, EMF provides targeted and efficient partner search to put together complementary expert consortia. This service is free for EMF members.
	PROPOSAL WRITING The EMF supports you in drafting your project proposal until ready for submission. You will have to write your part (the technical, operational elements), but EMF will coach you towards the elements that can be customised to your needs, i.e. Project Management, Dissemination & Communication, Excploitation and IPR issues, as well as Quality Assurance and Progress Evaluation.
	PROJECT MANAGEMENT EMF staff and Executive Advisors have considerable experience in European project management. They can provide state-of-the-art management structures that are tailored according to the size and needs of your project; management procedures, such as risk assessment or conflict resolution, as well as putting into place resources and progress monitoring tools.
	DISSEMINATION & COMMUNICATION STRATEGY Dissemination and communication is key for future exploitation of results, Thus, EMF supports you in drafting a D&C strategy including stakeholder identification, community mobilisation (on-line and off-line), events organisation etc. , If suitable, we can also act as Dissemination & Communication partner in your project.
	EXPLOITATION PLAN Our Executive Advisors  assess the exploitation potential of your project (SWOT analysis) and provide technology forecasts (Delphi-like method). Furthermore, they can provide use cscenarios followed by realistic  exploitation plan including realistic and efficient (new) business models.
	EVALUATION EMF provides itinerative or summative evaluation of your project progress and the quality of your results, either externally as independent expert or internally as project partner.
	FINAL CHECK BEFORE SUBMISSION EMF experts evaluate the final proposal according to the governing evaluation criteria of the respective programme. This allows for an in-depth quality control and fine-tuning of the final proposal, to maximise the chances of success.
